This interesting 14th century tapestry captures the events of the
European Migration Period when the Gauls, Celts, and Black-a-Moors
of Europe (a single African people) lost the effort in defending their
villages, towns, and way of life in Italy, Spain, England, France,
Germany, to the Italic, Franco-German, & Slavic peoples who replaced
them and at the time attacked with rocks and clubs. It is a surprise to
see that it was the Moors (notice their head bands!) who were portray-
ed as the first Strasborgs and bore the royal names! See plate 15...art, art history, Paul Marc Washington, paleoneolithic@yahoo.com
