Shang dynasty chariot sacrifice with two horses and driver partially visible behind. This well-pre-
served burial was excavated in 1972 near Anyang. The chariot is an improved version of a type 
that first appeared in West Asia around 1600 BC. The practice of chariot sacrifice exemplifies the 
combination of war and religion in early Chinsese political organization. 

LEGEND: When the question of the early appearance of the chariot in China is brought up, never is it realized what 
these images show - that the earliest Chinese and the ones who brought civilization to China were, by equestrian, 
phenotype, Africans. This is evident with the Er-li-tuo of the upper picture and the Shang images, shown in the col-
umn. Neither is it known or acknowledged that the so-called “Asian” chariot of which the Shang is a type, was used 
in the Altaic mountains of Siberia by, the phenotypic remains of the people show, also by horse-using Africans.align=
